The Prime Minister Of Ethiopia kindly took time out of his very busy schedule to visit Edao Trading and inspect our farms to see how we are producing top quality pulses. He had many engaging questions and comments, and discussed our contract farming model. He found out more about how we are empowering Ethiopian contract farmers and helping them advance economically as well. This was an excellent visit for us. His visit came shortly after we were visited by leaders from the Ministry Of Finance and the Central Bank.
We were very honored and humbled by the Prime Minister’s visit and by very the generous amount of time he spent with us. His interest in how we are helping and improving the lives of many farmers, as well as how we have excelled in producing such fine pulses was very positive. He also gave us valuable and beneficial advice and encouragement. We are very grateful for his visit.
